Wodonga Senior Celebrations Expressions Of Interest

 

Festival dates:  October 4 to October 16, 2026

Applications open:  Tuesday, May 1, 2026

Applications close: Sunday,  May 31, 2026

Your application will be considered by the Seniors Celebration committee then you will be notified if successful.

Terms and conditions

  • You may be contacted to discuss changing the date/times of your event if your event clashes with other events
  • You must have Public Liability Insurance to host an event for Seniors Celebrations 2026
  • A risk assessment must be completed and submitted for all events
  • Any events cancelled after the program has been printed is solely the responsibility of the host organisation to inform all pre-booked attendees, letting Wodonga Council know of the cancellation as early as possible and leaving signage at the location with cancellation details the day of the event.
  • The information given to Wodonga Council in this form is correct at the time of completion. You acknowledge the short description is subject to editorial changes and will be used by Wodonga Council to promote Senior Celebrations 2026 across various print and digital channels.
  • Senior Celebrations 2026 proceeding is subject to the 2026-2027 budget adoption in June 2026.
